Living Life Alopecian Style!

Ken became so worried about not wanting to lose his hair, that the stress amde him lose more hair. Ken tried 4 different types of drugs and chemicals but nothing worked. Ken's head was sore and hurt in some places when he touched his scalp. This was a side effect from some of the drugs he was taking.
Ken stopped going out with his friends because Ken was afraid his friends would not love him anymore. Ken did not think he was perfect Ken anymore. Ken thought his life was over because his hair was falling out. Ken did not feel so lucky anymore and Ken was beginning to lose his job because Ken was afraid that at work people would see him losing his hair.
And Ken had still not told anyone about his alopecia. Ken was becoming a little withdrawn from his circle of friends and from society. His friends would call but Ken decided to stop answering the phone in case they asked him to go out with them.
Ken was feeling lonely and a little tired of losing hair.
Ken had tried injections and creams and lotions and pills and nothing made his hair grow. He tried changing his diet and even tried taking natural medecines but nothing seemed to work.
Finally, Ken was so tired of his hair that he just shaved it off. When Ken decided to shave his head off, Ken also decided to change his view of the world and that made Ken feel way much better! Ken had less stress now, and Ken told his friends he had alopecia and some friends said that was okay! Some of Ken's friends thought it was a little strange, but they were his friends and they told him they would stick with him forever.
Ken did lose some of his friends though - those people who thought they might catch alopecia started to avoid him, so those weren't his real friends. He was glad he found out who his real friends were!
