My Sushi Affair
I used to hate seafood when I was young, and now any mention of sushi or seafood wraps and my mouth waters...
I've been to restaurants in Los Angeles (the one on the hill above Hollywood Boulevard), in Vancouver, Montreal, Prince George, New York and Quebec City. I'd have to say my favourite was a franchise restaurant: the Zyng Asian Grill, which I found in Montreal in the Village. Unfortunately it's been shut down lately... but there's another one up on St. Denis or something.
The food was amazing and for once I was in a restaurant where I felt I was somewhere else entirely. Really cool staff too.

I'm hoping some day soon I can afford a Zyng restaurant of my own - it's a franchise. Most artists eventually delve into the food industry - this would be my choice... So if any alopecians want to go halfers or start an investment or even want to help me out getting it off the ground feel free to give me a shout!
I mean - it's SUSHI! - the best reason in the world to learn how to use chopsticks.
I'm sharing my favourite things with you.
Enjoy!
